I work with counsel on both sides of orthopedic and spine injury cases, from an early record review through testimony at trial. Every engagement is grounded in the evidence and delivered in plain language.
Record review and expert reports
I review the complete medical record and provide a written opinion built on facts. That may be a future-care outline projecting the orthopedic treatment an injury will require, or an expert report answering the specific questions you need addressed to prosecute or defend the matter. Every conclusion is evidence-based and traceable to the record.
Independent Medical Examinations
I perform in-person Independent Medical Examinations for plaintiff and defense counsel. Because an IME requires an active license in the state of the exam, I offer these in California, Wyoming, and Washington only. Expert witness work, including record review, reports, and testimony, is available nationwide.
Deposition and trial testimony
I give deposition and trial testimony that holds up under scrutiny and stays understandable to a jury. My job on the stand is to explain the medicine clearly and answer honestly, wherever the evidence leads.
